You'll work closely with the Operations, Planning and Engineering Team, to optimise the efficiency and output of the Goods-To-Person (GTP) infrastructure.

This role will involve working with equipment and process operating staff to support the preventative maintenance across the GTP and supporting automation platforms, with a key focus on uptime and weekday servicing.


Key responsibilities include:

Analysing data to understand and explain reasons for GTP performance; Collaborating with the Planning and Operations team in order to most effectively plan GTP, and supporting equipment and process operating staff across the warehouse; Providing feedback into the DC Planning team to help effectively run the equipment to optimal performance and within our operating timeframes; Developing GTP procedures to ensure the GTP infrastructure remains at high efficiency setting; Working with system parameters and operational data to model and implement strategies to maximise output and drive excellent delivery of target goods predictable lead time and lowest cost to serve; Assist in the identification of process improvements and cost saving initiatives around GTP operations; Liaising with 3rd party machinery providers; All GTP operations across the DC operations and future pouch operations and will also be familiar with technological components of all the infrastructure across the DC.


Essential to your success:

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, has strong analytical skills and enjoys problem solving and looking for the root cause.


You'll ideally:
