Come and join our team at our beautiful Coastal Waters Aged Care Residential Home, located in Jervis Bay.

Reporting to our Chef, the Food Service Attendant is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient food service to residents according to Bolton Clarke's Food Standards and providing kitchen and food preparation support to the Chef/Cook.

Key Responsibilities Provide all food service activities to residents including serving meals, and dining room set-up and clearing Food Handling, Food Safety and other specified qualifications are current Undertake basic food preparation under direction of senior staff Food preparation is completed within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP, Allity Food Standards and OH&S specifications Washing and storing equipment within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP and OH&S specifications Cleaning and rubbish removal are completed within the designated timeframe and according to the FSP and OH&S specifications Conduct kitchen and pantry stock inventory when required About You Follow Basic Food Safety Practices certificate - HLTFS7 A (Essential)Sound hospitality experience Sound food preparation experience (preferably in an Aged Care environment)Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Highly motivated and able to take initiative Excellent communication style - able to communicate effectively with staff Team player, ability to the extra mile Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times COVID and Booster Certificate (mandatory)What Allity Can Offer Our culture is both supportive and collaborative, where you can make your role your own.
