What You'll Do with Us

As a Content Writing Team Lead, you will play a vital role in optimizing our self-service channels and content to ensure our customers derive maximum value from Employment Hero. Your dynamic role involves collaborating with various teams, spearheading content development, and enhancing self-service channel performance.

  • Copywriting and Content Creation
    • Ensure compelling and consistent content aligned with our brand voice.
    • Collaborate for content relevance consistency across the team.
  • Content Development
    • Manage a diverse content calendar tailored to our audience.
    • Create varied content types to enrich our offerings.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with CX and product teams for customer content delivery.
    • Align content strategies with company goals and customer needs.
  • Self-Service Channel Optimization
    • Enhance metrics associated with self-service channel performance.
    • Collaborate to optimize Information Architecture for better outcomes.
    • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements for higher ROI.
  • Reporting, Insights and Analytics
    • Analyze data and insights to enhance team performance.
    • Keep stakeholders updated on team performance and project delivery.
    • Collaborate with Customer Facing leaders to improve self-service performance.
  • Team Leadership
    • Motivate and up-skill a team of Digital Content Specialists.
    • Ensure high performance and continual skill enhancement.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure error-free and updated content.
    • Manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.
