Your Opportunity
- Lead and oversee the complete emerging talent evaluation process for your designated division nationwide.
- Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making purposes involving both team members and stakeholders.
- Drive proactive engagement in the market and formulate attraction strategies for the emerging talent audience.
- Collaborate with key partners such as Business Groups, Universities, Inclusion & Diversity, and more.
- Supervise a group of recruiters, ensuring top-notch recruitment practices.
- Assist in integrating new recruitment technologies and organizational enhancement initiatives.

Your Experience

- Background in Campus/Graduate/Emerging Talent Recruitment or similar program management roles.
- Prior involvement in high-volume recruitment and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns.
- Capability to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations and deliver optimal results.
- Understanding of successful practices for running emerging talent recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
Possession of tertiary qualifications in a relevant field from a university is beneficial.
