About the Role
***Burbank has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Building Supervisor to join the Construction team in Brisbane West. In this role you'll have access to an encouraging and supportive Construction Manager, strong IT systems and support, and a high performing and experienced office-based support team.


You will be empowered to manage your allocated sites and deliver high quality Burbank homes and a smooth and engaging customer experience.

The role will have you doing the following but not limited to:

  • Managing allocated domestic construction sites.
  • Maintain a high level of OH&S on all sites
  • Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure Efficiency of build program
  • Maintaining accurate and effective scheduling of material delivery and labour
  • Completing quality assurance inspections in line with company Procedures and relevant standards
  • Monitoring and controlling cost expenditure
  • Liaise with customers providing a high level of customer service.

About You

  • Comparable volume building site management experience
  • Tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline
  • Clickhome experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • A vibrant, approachable and positive personality with a team oriented mentality with the ability to work autonomously
  • An aptitude for project management and be technically minded.
  • A Construction Industry White card
