We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end repair experience for major and complex loss jobs and overseeing on-site safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end repair experience for major and complex loss jobs
  • Oversee on-site safety and productivity
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Review project schedules and estimate costs to ensure an acceptable profitable margin
  • Plan to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones while ensuring timely delivery of repairs
  • Prioritize workloads and work in a systematic and organized manner to cope with tight deadlines
  • Deliver first-class customer service
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks ensuring all OHS requirements are met
  • Contribute to and comply with all statutory legislation including the relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures applicable to Ambrose Construct Group
Requirements
  • Full and valid Driver's License
  • Construction White Card
  • Construction Management Degree/Qualification in Building & Construction/Builder's Registration
  • Proven experience in facilitating major and complex loss events within the Insurance Building Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diagnose and prioritize specific work activities and tasks
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience to gain clear results
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible, caring, and professional approach to customer care within a wide range of work situations
