About the Opportunity

Our Development Officers are responsible for assisting project development teams across projects in various stages of the project lifecycle to implement project vision, strategy, commercial objectives, program deliverables and administration.


This is an opportunity for an entry-level development specialist to join a highly successful ASX listed company in Peet's Development Team, located in Perth, WA.

The role will be offered in a permanent full-time capacity, enabling you to showcase and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the project development team with planning, design and delivery of construction (civil and landscape), delivery and maintenance of parks and open spaces, reviewing and approving payments, preparing and monitoring budgets.
  • Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within strategy, market positioning, program and financial parameters / objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, beginning to build on market intelligence by understanding relevant market conditions and influences and recognise impacts on project specific factors (eg construction costs, realisations, comparables, investment decisions).
  • Contribute to the preparation of various documentation and reports which can be distributed and utilised at various stages of a development process.
