The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance services across multiple sites. You will work autonomously to maintain high standards across your sites, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

Your cluster will be based in Metro Perth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide repairs and maintenance services for your sites.
  • Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships.
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.
  • Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask; work reliably with limited supervision and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry, or similar field
  • Willing to undergo a Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid19 vaccine.
  • Be willing to receive yearly Flu vaccinations
