The Stockroom Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the operations and logistics of our adidas store. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the Stockroom Specialist:

  • Receiving and processing all new stock promptly, ensuring it is on the shop floor within 24 hours
  • Maintaining accurate and efficient replenishment of the shop floor daily
  • Overseeing all stockroom logistics, including layout and team coordination when necessary
  • Ensuring precise completion of all receipts, transfers, and orders
  • Investigating and resolving any stock control errors within 24 hours
  • Leading the stock take process throughout the year, including weekly cycle counts
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to meet stock on hand targets in key categories
  • Setting an example on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service when needed

Requirements for the Stockroom Specialist role:

To succeed in this position, you should have solid experience in retail stock control within a fast-paced retail setting. You must be enthusiastic about providing operational and logistical leadership in a dynamic retail environment.
