About Us:


The Cooler Cleaner Schools Program (CCSP) is within Infrastructure Services Division that work collaboratively to deliver replacement works of existing air conditioning infrastructure to schools across the state.

Our main focus is to deliver best possible outcomes in a timely manner while supporting all stakeholders through the planning and delivery stage.

As a member of this team overnight travel may be required on occasions.
Your Role

We are looking for someone who excels at providing operational support including project creation requests, raising notifications and purchase orders, preparing variation requests and general financial tasks.

As part of the delivery section of the CCSP you will have responsibility for the following:

  • Participate in all aspects of project, program delivery including initial planning, construction and commissioning of multiple complex projects ranging in value from $50,000 to $500,000.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor critical relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers for the purpose of achieving and sustaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CCSP, including the development of future years programs, analysing data, and reviewing processes to ensure best practice is being achieved.
  • Provide information to unit managers by ensuring that key critical factors in the delivery process are updated continually eg Cost Plans, milestones dates etc.
  • Prepare coherent and politically sensitive reports, correspondence and submissions to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide advice and guidance to other staff including administration and financial teams.
  • Regularly liaise with stakeholder groups to ensure services managed by the unit/team(s) meet their needs.
  • Undertake a range of work unit specific activities where required.

The ideal applicant will possess the following knowledge, skills, experience and personal attributes:

  • Effective communication, consultation and negotiation skills with all key stakeholders.


When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
