Role Description:
As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities, community participation, and personal development

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
  • Assisting clients in participating in recreational and social activities.
  • Supporting clients in building essential life skills and achieving personal goals.
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and activities.

Requirements:


Previous experience in disability support work is preferred but not essential; we value a compassionate and caring attitude above all else.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their families.
  • Flexibility to work on a roster, including weekends and evenings.
  • A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • National Police Check clearance.
