The Role As our Administration Officer for the Office of Research and Innovation (ORI), you will hold the responsibility of providing, developing, and maintaining efficient, effective, ethical, and high-quality administrative and secretarial support across the ORI Branch, as and when needed.

You will be essential for contributing to the ongoing enhancement of business processes and systems that positively impact the overall functioning of the office.


Some of your responsibilities involves:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director's Office and other ORI units as required, handling confidential tasks such as document production, diary management, travel arrangements, and timely document provision.
  • Manage the filing of confidential materials, including reports and legal documents.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information and documents.
  • Monitor internal workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and develop process improvements in consultation with the team.

The successful personYou will have demonstrated:

  • Experience in confidential executive support in a dynamic business unit.
  • Background in research or understanding of the research ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work independently with initiative, decisionmaking, and reliability.
  • Actively supports quality human resource practices and ethics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
