Job Opportunity

BESIX Watpac is looking for a Supervisor for a Health Project in NSW. The role involves overseeing the on-site construction team, including subcontractors, and coordinating various disciplines.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Enforce company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Plan daily and weekly on-site activities to facilitate subcontractors' access to materials and equipment
  • Report to the Site Manager on potential delays, safety issues, or other concerns
  • Allocate resources as required in consultation with the Project Manager
  • Review and adjust the construction schedule to meet deadlines
  • Implement quality assurance practices and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

  • Educational background in building/construction or related field
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Professionalism, maturity, and logical thinking skills
  • Capacity to solve a variety of problems effectively
