The Senior Construction Project Manager At least 4 years of proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, particularly within the Industrial, Logistics, Education, or Healthcare sectors.

A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional accreditations such as CIOB or RICS are highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project and other relevant project management tools.
