We are currently seeking an experienced hands on Foreperson/Supervisor for our client based in the Northern Suburbs. This position is an ongoing role with an immediate start for the right person

What you'll need to succeed

Along with a proven background leading a team you will have:

Experience in precast concrete highly desirableExperience in precast/mould setupUnderstanding and effectively managing works in progress, production output, downtime, reject & rework status and maintenance plansComply with QC checks prios to production to ensure complianceYou will lead a team and work closely with the Production ManagerGood attitude towards management and safety is a mustNational Police Clearance highly desirable Benefits In return for your skills and experience you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate, be part of a great team environment and be provided an initial induction on company policies, processes and safety.
