We are currently seeking an experienced hands on Foreperson/Supervisor for our client based in the Northern Suburbs. This position is an ongoing role with an immediate start for the right person

What you'll need to succeed

Along with a proven background leading a team you will have:

• Experience in precast concrete highly desirable
• Experience in precast/mould setup
• Understanding and effectively managing works in progress, production output, downtime, reject & rework status and maintenance plans
• Comply with QC checks prios to production to ensure compliance
• You will lead a team and work closely with the Production Manager
• Good attitude towards management and safety is a must
• National Police Clearance highly desirable
