This represents a rare opportunity with a well-established national construction company headquartered in Brisbane. This company is highly respected in the industry and are currently working on some iconic projects nationwide.

POSITION


Due to strong growth and expansion, the opportunity for a Senior Civil Construction Estimator to join the team is now available.

Reporting to the Chief Estimator, this role will encompass and not limited to the following:


Aid in tender preparation and enhance estimating abilities, scrutinize all quotes for material, equipment, subcontractors, and choose the ones yielding optimal results for the tender.

Ensure timely completion of all schedules included in the tender submission, adhering to the specifications outlined in the tender documents.

Solicit feedback from construction site personnel to integrate the most accurate information into the tender.

Projects

This role will see you working on civil infrastructure projects including:

Land developmentRoad InfrastructureDefenceWater / Sewer upgrades

CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related qualificationIdeally 15 years' experience as a Civil Estimator working on major infrastructure projectsIdeally experience using "Expert" softwareExhibit exceptional leadership skillsExceptional communication and presentationStable employment history
