The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join their team and contribute to the success of their commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in pricing projects across both divisions and possess a strong commercial background.
Key Responsibilities:- Price projects across both divisions, with a focus on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and competitive tendering
- Manage and maintain industry contacts and relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Contribute to the growth and success of the company
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial estimating
- Strong commercial background and knowledge of the building industry
- Experience with Buildsoft and other estimating software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a small team and contribute to the growth of the company
