What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide the full range of general office and administrative duties as required, maintain
an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the Operations
Director.

  • Complex diary management
  • Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes which ensure matters
requiring responses are dealt with in a timely manner.

  • Preparation, collation, distribution and maintenance of records for organisation wide
as well as local committee agenda papers and meeting documentation and
production of minutes for the Committees as required.

  • Represent Operations Director, Medicine and attend meetings on behalf of
Operations Director when necessary

  • Collation of data and creation of reports for patient related meetings.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Experience in senior personal administrative support
  • Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Access, Outlook)

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work self sufficiently
  • Medical Terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a health service
