Job Description:

  • Building strategic partnerships with existing clients to understand their needs and manage expectations effectively.
  • Meeting financial targets, overseeing key accounts, and managing associated budgets.
  • Engaging in business development activities with both current and potential clients to drive long-term relationships.
  • Collaborating with the team to tailor research methodologies for specific clients.
  • Developing and presenting proposals, tenders, and pitches.
  • Planning and overseeing the execution of research projects to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Creating cross-selling opportunities within the organization.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to analyze research findings and deliver strategic insights to clients.
  • Conducting client presentations and workshops.
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking individuals with a genuine interest in real-world reputation challenges faced by businesses. If you have a track record in commercial market research, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset, you could be the perfect fit for this role.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account director or account management roles in market research.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value clients and securing new business.
  • Proven coaching and people management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
  • Good project management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
