About the role

Cocoon SDA Care is a rapidly growing, innovative, and dynamic organization. We are looking for Casual Disability Support Workers who are dedicated to continuous training and development. Seeking experienced professionals to support participants with complex behavior and high medical needs in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) or SDA setting.

About you

To qualify for this exceptional role, you must have proven experience in supporting individuals with complex behavioral and medical needs. Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in relevant fields
  • Qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Nursing, or higher
  • Background in disability care, mental health, aged care, or NDIS management
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build professional relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance with safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including nights and training sessions
  • Essential certifications such as First Aid, CPR, Police Check, etc.
  • Valid Driver's License (mandatory)
