The Role
ICON Engineering's team is growing rapidly and is seeking an experienced Quality Advisor for a _part time_ position.

The individual will be providing support and respond to assigned lines/areas in a clear and timely manner, ensuring any potential breaches of standards or non-conformant trends are effectively managed or escalated.

They will work with (or alongside) internal teams and manage cross functional stakeholders on process maintenance and maintain quality management systems by participating in surveillance and process improvement as required.

They will also assist in projects.


It is expected that this role will require you to work autonomously supporting the Quality Manager and project delivery teams.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • You will assist all quality and compliance processes in line with our Quality Control Manager, in addition to supporting and driving continuous improvements of these processes and systems in a way that reinforces the successful delivery of the projects.
  • Provide technical and engineering service expertise across a range of scopes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility.
  • Identify concerns related to quality assurance checks and raise issues in terms of trends and themes uncovered.
  • Developing strategies and execution plans for the fulfillment to related matters
  • Managing complaints and technical issues relating to product design and manufacturing.

Your Profile

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working as a quality advisor
  • Extensive experience with implement quality management plans to meet project requirements
  • Proven ability to prepare and write wellstructured technical reports, specifications, business correspondence, as well as general project documentation.
  • Innovative and proactive approach of problem solving
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels
