Reporting to the Growth and Engagement Manager, this is a role for a marketer who places a great deal of importance on the impact and outcome of their work.

As one of 3 Marketing Specialists in the team, this role will deliver marketing for Deaf Connect's Community Services.

You will define, deliver and optimise the campaigns related to these services, with a focus on education, awareness and increasing engagement and participation.

Here's a summary of the key responsibilities;
Build relationships with key stakeholders in Community Services to understand key objectives and target audience segments;
Work with the Marketing team on creating campaign plans and content;
Compile key campaign reports using platform analytics and/or third-party tools for all channels with support from the Channel Analyst; and


Identify opportunities for refinement and improvement to ensure the continued growth in engagement of Community Services across 'always on' marketing activities, affiliated programs and targeted campaigns.

Here's run down of the background and experience you'll need to be a good fit for this role;
Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, communications etc;
At least 3 years' experience in delivering marketing campaigns and activities in a similar context;
Experience in delivering marketing activities across relevant platforms such as social media advertising, EDM and SMS marketing;
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns at any one time, including planning, tracking and reporting on performance;
Understanding of data, metrics and analysis with the ability to provide recommendations for improvement;
A genuine interest in social enterprise, not for profit, community organisations or disability services;
Auslan skills, or willingness to learn; and

High level communication skills, including the ability to analyse, collate and present information and recommendations.
