Your opportunity:

Restructuring andadvisory As part of a top-tier team in restructuring, we work alongsidecompanies facing complex problems to find creative solutions,restructure and stabilise the business and recover and create valueon behalf of stakeholders.

We work across a variety of industriesand no situation is the same.
What you'll be doing As a senior restructuring advisor (Associate Director) –you will work on a diverse range of engagements, from providingstrategic advice to corporates, Government and regulatory bodies,through to trade on insolvencies

You will:


collaborate with our team and clients to develop anddeliver tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies acrossa range of industriesmanage teams across multiple workstreamsmentor junior staff, with an emphasis on knowledgesharinganalyse financial information, identify issues and preparerecommendations for our clientsassist clients to evaluate and understand the performanceand position of their businessproactively create and implement solutions that are asvaried as the challenges our clients face; this may includeselling assets and businesses, reorganising capital structuresor trading on businesses.

About you You will be a Professionally Qualified (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant) with a minimum of five (5) years'experience in restructuring, consulting, audit or professionalservices more broadly.

You will have experience or a genuine interest in restructuringand insolvency and demonstrate a desire to focus your skillset inthis area.


You will have:

curiosity, empathy, integrity and strong interpersonalqualitiesa desire to work collaboratively and contribute in a teamenvironmentexcellent analytical skills supported by an advancedexpertise in Microsoft Excel (or a willingness to learn)strong written and verbal communication skills that enableyou to interact with clients at all levels (up to C-suite) andacross our organisationstructured problem-solving skillsorganisation and project management skills and an abilityto manage clients and project teams to positively influencechangehands-on experience working in a fast-paced and quicklychanging environmentcommercial awareness with strong business acumen andadvanced emotional intelligence.
