Role:
The Specialist, Audit Services, APAC, plays a vital role in the APAC Audit Services Team, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime (FinCrime) audit engagements. Responsibilities include coordinating audits, developing scopes, and ensuring department standards are met, reporting to the Director, APAC Audit Services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the global AML and FinCrime audit team
  • Contribute to evolving the AML and FinCrime internal audit strategy
  • Provide guidance on identifying key risks and assessing controls
  • Plan and direct audit activities
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders
  • Maintain active involvement in committees
  • Monitor progress and budget, review work of junior members
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments
  • Assist in preparing presentations
  • Support ad hoc projects


Skills and Experience:
  • Significant AML and Financial Crime expertise
  • Professional certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in APAC
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid and global environment
  • Strong report writing and project management skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Team player with a preferred College or University degree
