Role:

The Specialist, Audit Services, APAC plays a crucial role in coordinating and executing successful audit engagements, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime (FinCrime) within the APAC region.

  • Collaborate with the global audit team to identify risks and conduct internal audits
  • Contribute to the evolution and strategy of AML and FinCrime internal audits
  • Plan and oversee audit activities to achieve strategic goals
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and regulators
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliverables for all audits
  • Monitor audit progress and budget, review work of junior members
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends
  • Assist in preparing presentations and ad hoc projects
Skills and Experience:
  • Significant expertise in AML and Financial Crime within the financial services sector
  • Professional certifications like ACAMS, CPA, CIA preferred
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a global environment
  • Excellent report writing and project management skills
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
