How you'll make an impact


As a Digital Feature Owner (FO) you will play a pivotal role in driving value and ensuring successful outcomes within our digital team.

As a proxy for the Business Product Owner, you will focus on value management, making decisions quickly whilst ensuring alignment with the intended business outcomes.

By understanding feature requirements and priorities, the FO wields influence to maximize value where your decisions directly impact the success of the Digital team.

Maintaining the backlog is a crucial task, you will ensure that it reflects the evolving needs of the business whilst working closely with the UX team to design user flows, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.

In partnership with the Iteration Lead, the FO contributes to the development of innovative solutions that add value for our customers whilst focusing on Agile best practices and fostering continuous improvement within the platform team.


What you will bring to the team


You will bring a strong capability in translating high-level business requirements into actionable items through the creation of well-defined epics, features, and user stories where your knack for authoring clear and concise acceptance criteria will guide the team toward delivering value.

Embracing agile principles and practices from refinement sessions to PI Planning, you will ensure effective collaboration while navigate changing priorities, evolving business needs, and shifting team dynamics.

Your resilience and ability to stay focused on value delivery, even amidst challenges will be invaluable.
