About the role:Join the Flying Doctor Mobile Patient Care team, currently seeking applications from Ambulance Attendants and Paramedics for full-time ongoing positions in Mildura. RFDS Mobile Patient Care takes pride in delivering top-tier patient care during on-road transport for individuals with various medical conditions. Key responsibilities of the role include:- Perform patient assessment and intervention on the road
- Provide high-quality patient care during on-road transport
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and stakeholders
- Assess intervention effectiveness within RFDS guidelines and regulations
- Independently problem-solve within established procedures
- Collaborate with team members
- Maintain understanding of RFDS policies, NEPT regulations
- Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance) or equivalent
- Valid Victorian Driver's license and ability to drive in various conditions
- Availability to work shifts Monday to Friday
