About the Role

  • Provides building wayfinding for patients, staff, clients, contractors where required.
  • Respond, monitor, and evaluate emergency response situations at ICHC.
  • Liaise with Protective Services, Queensland Police Service, Queensland Fire Emergency Services and Queensland Ambulance Services.
  • Monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and maintaining equipment including phone, torches, twoway radios, repeater and portable duress alarm transmitters.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building and firefighting equipment within the facilities to ensure effective fire safety precautions are observed.
