Working in modern facilities at our Balcatta office our Customer Service team provides world-class customer service to business & residential customers across Western Australia.


What the role will involve:

Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you will lead the newly formed Planning & Performance Section. Your teams will be renowned for planning & measuring for a best-in-class customer experience.


Your relationship management skills will be second to none as you drive the development and planning of strategic initiatives that impact Customer Service from across the Corporation.

Your teams will monitor key performance metrics, planning, analysis, and optimisation of the Customer Service Business Unit.


As a active and visible member of the leadership team, you will lead a team of professionals who are responsible for managing the financial and business performance of the Business Unit, including operating costs, efficient use of resources and meeting performance targets and objectives.


You will use your extensive experience in workforce & integrated planning to develop and maintain financial performance along with developing the strategic direction of the Customer Service Business Unit.


Key skills and experience:

You are a Planning & Performance leader at heart. Your background in business performance and improvement and strategy gives you the insights to continually improve ways of working and find better outcomes to allow our people, communities, and state to thrive


You will be degree qualified with proven experience in leading a business unit or substantial experience in developing and implementing customer-focused strategies, policies, and process improvement.

You will have a whole of organisation mindset and approach.

You're a clear communicator at heart.

Because you know how to connect with people, you know how to prioritise work that aligns with a company's overall strategy.

Sometimes, there'll be changes and it'll be your consultative and transparent approach that gives people absolute clarity about where their work sits within the bigger picture.
