Your new role:

Leading and assisting in the development and delivery of Investment data to various platforms like Portfolio Management System and Performance Systems, the Senior Analyst, Investment Data reports to the Manager, Investment Data Operations. This position plays a pivotal role in evolving Investment Data Operations by spearheading the design, development, and implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiencies of platform workflows and operational processes.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Resolving issues encountered during daily processes.
  • Driving the development of innovative solutions and improvement initiatives across Investment Data Operations.
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency and productivity enhancements.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within Portfolio Operations.
  • Leading and supporting the Investment Data Operations team to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external service providers.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional Qualifications in the relevant Industry or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of finance experience.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and drive improvement.
  • Extensive Investment Operations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of ABOR/IBOR/Custody processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, DAX, and Tableau.
