The Role:


Reporting to the Manager, Business Insights and Optimisation the Change Advisory Manager is responsible for supporting the organisation to drive successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives.

Working closely with the Transformation Change Manager, the advisory function will lead the design and implementation of a robust and fit for purpose change management framework.


This will be achieved through:

  • Leading the design, development and implementation of the change management framework.
  • Serving as the initial point of contact for change requests and collaborating with the Transformation Change Manager to swiftly assess support for change initiatives.
  • Leading enterprisewide change impact analysis, collaborating with the Transformation Change Manager to align change activities with other organisational efforts.
  • Engaging and communicating with employees at all levels to foster understanding and buyin for the change approach, requirements and procedures.
  • Collaborating with project managers to provide counsel on the approach to change management and ensure successful implementation.
  • Identifying potential risks and obstacles that could hinder the effective implementation of change at an enterprise level.
  • Developing and implementing robust assessment and measurement mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a tertiary degree in Business Administration, Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing change management frameworks and strategies.
  • Certification in change management methodologies such as PCI, Prosci, ADKAR or similar frameworks is required.
  • Proven experience in change management and organisational transformation, particularly within medium to large enterprises.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers to provide expert guidance on change management approaches.
