About the role
:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support our business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Executive Manager of Marketing and Communications and relevant business unit General Managers and teams to set the marketing strategies and plans for the relevant business units.
  • Gathering customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate high value leads.
  • Managing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Overseeing the creation of highquality marketing collateral, including website and social media content, and advertising materials, to effectively communicate brand messaging and value propositions.
  • Managing marketing budgets and resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Conducting tracking and analysis of marketing initiatives to optimize effectiveness and impact, while also creating and maintaining analytics reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for future campaign development and marketing strategies.
  • Presenting ideas and deliverables to the relevant teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Essential criteria:

  • Demonstrated success in developing effective marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Datadriven marketing approach combined with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Effective project management, multitasking, and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.

Desirable criteria:

  • Content and copy writing.
  • Optimising content for search engines using keywords.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
