Exciting opportunity for fresh keen QA professional looking to further their career working in an accredited environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and testing on raw materials and finished product
  • Maintaining all documentation and records in relation to quality procedures to ensure compliance
  • Ensure GMP compliance across all Quality policies and procedures to ensure company goals are met
  • Maintain specifications and standards for control of raw material; packaging and finished products.
  • Complete line clearance checks and machine/line start up approvals and carry out regular QC line checks
  • Assist in responding to any customer complaints and investigations, root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actions
  • Provide technical and quality support and advice to internal stakeholders
  • Ensure nonconformance is reported and acted upon
  • Implement continuous improvements in respect of quality policy and procedures

Key Criteria:

  • Appropriate Food Science degree
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a QA environment
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of TGA and HACCP
  • Pharmaceutical, fmcg, complementary healthcare manufacturing experience essential
  • Well organised, excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Effective relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive team player, selfstarter and "hands on"
