AuPullman Paris La Défense, un hôtel 5 étoiles au cœur du quartier d'affaires, le « Feel Welcome » est notre priorité Nos équipes conjuguent Innovation & Passion et ont à cœur de tout mettre en œuvre pour que nos clients soient heureux. Vous aussi soyez, l'un de nos «heartists», en nous épaulant en tantChef de Brigade/ Superviseur Relation Clientèle (H/F).

VOS CHALLENGES

  • La satisfaction client dans un hôtel de 382 chambres
  • Assurer l'organisation et la qualité des relations en matière d'accueil et de service.
  • Garantir la prise en charge du client par une relation chaleureuse et personnalisée en veillant à son bien-être, sa satisfaction et sa fidélisation
  • Faire vivre les projets et points d'identité de l'hôtel, de la marque et du groupe
  • Le management de nos équipes du Pôle Welcome
  • Manager l'équipe formant sa brigade en tenant compte des attentes internes / externes
  • Contribuer au développement des collaborateurs par l'exemplarité et la formation quotidienne
  • Assurer le reporting du service et si besoin le relais entre les différents départements (étages, technique,...)
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du service
  • Etre force de propositions concernant l'organisation et les enjeux du Pôle Welcome
  • Le respect des procédures administratives
  • Etablir les missions de facturation et d'encaissement
  • Assurer les tâches administratives quotidiennes (PM, débiteurs, no shows...)
Qualifications
  • un management opérationnel pragmatique et une bonne aisance relationnelle issue d'une ou plusieurs expérience(s) hôtelière(s) réussie(s)
  • le sens des responsabilités, de l'organisation et de l'adaptation pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients
  • un anglais fluide, et idéalement une 3e langue vous permettant de satisfaire notre clientèle internationale
  • une bonne connaissance du pack office et idéalement du logiciel Opéra
