The OpportunityAre you an analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong operational understanding and a passion for driving continuous improvement? We are seeking an Operational Reporting Administrator to manage the information for operational data from Operational Performance and Chain of Responsibility reporting, and join our dynamic team.

- Manage day-to-day operational reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our systems, paperwork, and electronic platforms (SAP/Oasis) to provide valuable insights and feedback for improvement
- Identify areas of non-compliance and maintain a good working relationship with the office, proactively addressing any issues
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including budget, legislation, waste tracking, and compliance with government regulations
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and streamlining
- Support the implementation of Future Waste and other projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and procedures
- Experience in an administrative role, waste industry experience desired but not essential
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
