The Role
Due to continuous growth in our business, we have multiple newly created permanent opportunities for enthusiastic
People & Culture Advisors to join our ANZ People and Culture Team.
Reporting to the Principal People & Culture Partner for our Infrastructure portfolio, you'll be responsible for partnering with the Leadership team within our Infrastructure Portfolio, providing advice and guidance on P&C solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing advice and guidance in relation to P&C policies, procedures and programs
- Assisting with implementing P&C strategies aligned with business strategy for assigned portfolio (e.g. gender, mobility);
- Supporting the Line Management Team in the implementation development, and achievement of the P&C strategy that is aligned with the business goals;
- Providing advice to help develop strategies in conjunction with line managers to ensure optimal performance;
- Measuring and reporting on progress with P&C goals;
- Scheduling regular meetings with key internal clients and stakeholder;
- Visit regional and project offices on a regular basis;
- Seeking to understand the business and its priorities and translate this understanding to P&C solutions;
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Management Administration
- Proven experience in a generalist P&C role, ideally within the professional services industry
- Establishing internal client networks with proven ability to develop and maintain trust;
- Operating knowledge of generalist P&C best practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of employment law
- Ability to work autonomously and to exercise initiative and discretion
- Cooperative and flexible work style to work in a team environment
