Job Description:

We are currently seeking a
confident and proactive Lease Administrator to support the team on a permanent basis.


Based in our North Sydney office this highly valued role is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills and high attention to detail in this autonomous role.

You'll be supporting a driven, dynamic team within a fast paced, collaborative and supportive environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administer Accounts Payable and Receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings and other property expenses.
  • Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations and resolve payment disputes.
  • Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database.
  • Validation and review of lease documents
  • Management of sales data collection and collation
  • Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates.
  • General liaison with client and suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team when required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements as necessary.
