ABOUT THE ROLE


We are currently looking to recruit a Site Supervisor who will have the chance to work with an exciting and growing organisation with an excellent reputation in the region.


To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Leading a culture of safety and productivity
  • Ensuring compliance to all safety requirements including SWMS, WHS and Safety regulations.
  • Collaboration with multiple project personnel and multiple disciplines including mechanical/ civil/ electrical
  • Conduct Toolbox talks and prestart meetings.
  • Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery.
  • Inspecting daily work to meets plans, quality, and project standards.
  • Identifying issues arising on site and problem solving.
  • Planning, calculating and monitoring daily cost of resources and working to budgets.
  • Strong construction knowledge and an ability to devise solutions
  • Committed and professional work ethic, with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive / forward thinker.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers in coordinating deliveries and work on sites
  • Maintain and update management with construction logistics
  • Complete quality assurance inspections at various stages throughout the construction
