Medical Receptionist

Experience and Attributes
- Previous medical receptionist experience is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage.
- Current CPR certificate or willing to obtain one
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Mature, diligent and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Detailorientated.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact to patients, greeting patients upon arrival and accurately processing relevant paperwork is essential
- Managing incoming calls which requires exceptional phone manner and demonstrated ability to seamlessly handle customer inquiries.
- Booking appointments
- Billing and receipting patient accounts
- Document scanning and allocating
- Cold chain management
- Fostering professional working relationship with team members, patients and medical staff

Thursday's and Friday's

$ $35.00 per hour
