As a Team Leader within our brand new 3PL warehouse at Kemps Creek NSW, you will coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and help ensure that we meet customer expectations, whilst maintaining a compliant and safe environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team
- Coach, support and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, especially safety.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team / colleagues, as well as:
- Strong safety awareness and committed to safe work practices
- Good customer, stakeholder and communication skills; and computer literacy
- Bonus: LO and/or LF licences
In addition to providing proof of work rights and professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
