About the Role
As first point of contact for all customers, our Dispensers:

  • Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
  • Offer our customers frame styling advice
  • Dispense glasses with various lens options
  • Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey

Skills and Experience
They will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and exhibits the following qualities:

  • _Practical Abilities_: Must have a minimum of 3 months optical experience and retail/customer service experience. Cert IV Dispensing qualification is highly desired, but not essential
- _Enthusiasm:_ Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye health
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
