About the role:
As the Customer Success Coordinator, you will work as part of a friendly, and passionate team - providing excellence in every interaction with donors and members.
Your team is responsible for managing enquiries, liaising with internal stakeholders, and representing the brand to donors, partners and members contacting the organisation and maintaining high - quality records in the CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and members, and other external stakeholders as needed
- Update/record accurate information in the database for all communications
- Oversee the contact inbox and respond to enquiries or delegate to the right team member if needed
- Support with adhoc requests such as recruitment, donation and database management
About you:
You will be proactive, positive, have a natural flair for customer service and
have a heart for doing good.
- Experience in a customerserviceoriented role, and the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- A positive, proactive approach to problemsolving
- The ability to work autonomously and as a team with a collaborative approach
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, ability to quickly pick up new databases/software
- Experience with Salesforce and Slack will be advantageous
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organisational skills, without losing attention to detail
