About the Job We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner reporting directly to the Estimating, Planning, Risk and Business Performance Manager to support the business in new and existing projects, based in our Perth CBD office.

Some of the role's responsibilities will include: Use planning software to develop a schedule that aligns with the scope of work Produce a schedule in Primavera P6 or MS Project with a high level of detail, describing proposed activities, durations and resources that can be used to form the basis of the proposal estimate Allocate dates, durations, constraints, links and resources to the schedule Maintain and update the schedule for accuracy and efficiency Provide ongoing view of project status including updated schedules for weekly/monthly reports Continuously update the schedule with input from the cost controller Forecast resource requirements for manpower, tenders and proposals Measure project progress using software and report regularly Provide input on alternative work methods and schedule changes About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements: Qualification in Engineering or Construction Management preferred Recognised project planning/scheduling qualifications advantageous Minimum 8 years experience in the oil & gas industry Significant experience in a wide range of onshore/offshore projects Strong knowledge of EPC and EPCM planning/scheduling requirements Experience in brownfields preferred or exposure to a good portfolio of projects with various complexities Prior experience in assessment of strengths and weaknesses of planning/scheduling staff You have a flexible approach to 'fit for purpose' project planning/scheduling solutions Strong ability to prioritise work under pressure Proficiency with Primavera P6 is essential We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.
