About the Home


Located in Largs North on the picturesque Le Fevre Peninsula, with The Largs beach is just 500 metres away, this home is a short drive to the historic towns of Port Adelaide and Semaphore.

The Opportunity


We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our team; we are seeking an experienced person who enjoys leading by example and is passionate about quality care.

Your role as a General Manager in Allity is to lead and inspire people to deliver great care in our homes in a commercially sustainable and person-centred way that delivers in making every day the best it can be and Allity the Aged Care of Choice.


As a General Manager with Allity you strive to maintain and enhance resident's health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety.

You inspire the clinical and care teams, you are an ambassador of respect, integrity, innovation, passion, teamwork and accountability.


We are seeking a talented, customer focused, well organised General Manager to manage all aspects of the day to day running of this aged care Home.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a highly professional Aged Care Manager to take on a key leadership role.


Your responsibilities and outcomes in this role will be:

  • Build a customer centric home that delivers exceptional person-centred care
  • Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results that deliver on our operational and financial objectives
  • Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging culture
  • Establish and leverage collaborative network relationships, working in partnership to deliver successful outcomes
