Professional Services Manager (12 Month Contract)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Professional Services Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional outcomes, including managing portfolio schedules, resources and finances.
By working closely with our valued clients, you will help them improve their collaboration and productivity - helping them work better together.

Requirements:
What we're looking for:
- Is experienced in dealing with customers and managing their expectations.
- Demonstrates business acumen and is commercially aware.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Strong time management and personal organisation skills, with an ability to work autonomously.
- You're a true problem solver, able to think on your feet in a fastpaced environment
- Needless to say, we're looking for impeccable Englishlanguage writing abilities and fine attention to detail
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, manage, and be accountable for the Professional Services department.
- Deliver on core business requirements, with an ability to think laterally in determining effective solutions for business problems.
- Manage Professional Services team availability and workload including scheduling and allocation of work to team members.
- Team & performance management, including growth and strategy development.
- Project management & administration including resourcing, scheduling, preparation of project plans, invoicing, and reporting.
