Join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Agent at The Star Brisbane & Treausry Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane, positioned at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will be Australia's newest entertainment and leisure destination. Commencing a staged opening in 2024, The Star Brisbane will bring a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre, transforming how people will play, shop and socialise in the river city.
In your role you will initially have the opportunity to work across Treasury Brisbane whilst being involved in the opening of The Star Brisbane.
In this role you will deliver outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the duration of their stay. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our hotel.
A few of your responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service to guests to enhance their experience
- Manage all guests requests and maintain guest accounts
- Sound knowledge of local attractions and surrounds
- Perform check in and check out in a professional, friendly and efficient way for all guests
- Perform and complete daily tasks in line with shift checklists
What we are looking for
- Possess a passion for Hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Exceptional guest service skills and strong commitment to 5 star customer service
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external clients
- Excellent organisational skills and high level of computer literacy
About you
The successful candidates will be guest focused and ensure all guests receive that 5-star treatment throughout the duration of their stay You will have previous customer service experience and enjoy engaging with team members and guests daily.

About us
The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
Our current property, Treasury Brisbane, showcases old-world opulence of a five-star hotel; the non-stop excitement of Brisbane's only 24-hour casino; the thrill of live entertainment; the glamour of exclusive fashion events; the tantalising taste of unique restaurants. Treasury Brisbane will transition into The Star Brisbane aligned to an early 2024 opening.
