The purpose of the Office Manager & PA is to oversee the administrative functions of the office and support the Managing Principal/COO.


As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the general office management, improving processes and systems, as well as providing PA support.

Working closely with the Managing Principal/COO and other members of the team, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Personal Assistance for Directors and Managing Principal/COO

  • Diary management, travel bookings, reservations and event registrations
  • Inbox management
  • Client liaison
  • Coordinating presentations and events
  • Maintaining uptodate CRM database
  • Undertaking research tasks, proof reading and editing

Studio Management

  • Coordinating the office environment including maintenance
  • Providing assistance in setting and maintaining the studio's presentation
  • Coordinating and setting up meetings and technology requirements

General Administration

  • Managing the Receptionist/Admin assistant
  • Contributing to culture and activities
  • Updating filing and information management systems as required

Quality, environmental and WHS systems

  • Coordinating manuals, systems and internal audits
  • Liaison with external auditors

Human Resources

  • Assisting with setting up interviews and recruiting activities
  • Updating contracts, employment awards, and carrying out general HR admin
  • Coordinating staff inductions and appraisals
  • Updating the office manual and policies as required
