The Company

This esteemed organization, renowned in the teaching and education sector, is offering an exciting new opportunity for a Field Education Consultant. This role, which comes with excellent benefits, will be crucial in providing business and educational support, managing education administration, and visiting various franchises to influence strategies that contribute to the overall growth of education centres.

About the role:

  • Establish and maintain relationships and regular communication with franchisees;
  • Identify, propose and address learning needs;
  • Encourage and build a learning culture amongst franchisees;
  • Analyse current situations of each franchisee and create business plans that elevate and impact overall business;
  • Organise and facilitate presentations in cooperation with the field instruction team to provide continuous learning opportunities;
  • Organise and conduct study groups and workshops;
  • Ensure centres correctly and thoroughly implement best practice methods;
  • Student and financial reporting, study progress reporting;
  • Recruitment and training of centre assistants;
  • Stock control; and
  • Implement marketing activities for individual education centres using relevant resources and materials.

About you

  • Relevant experience in education and or training;
  • Strong maths/ English background;
  • Demonstrated experience working with children;
  • Drivers licence;
  • Ability to travel between sites across NSW and occasional interstate travel;
  • A self-motivated individual with a desire to grow;
  • A team player who is willing to assist others; and
  • Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills.
