About the role:We are seeking a mid level Graphic Designer to support the marketing function for our Medical Indemnity Division.
This is a permanent, full time role based in our Darling Park, Sydney CBD office.
This role would suit a corporate graphic designer with the ability to create visual messages and experiences that communicate information and ideas across many media types.
With knowledge of current developments and trends, the role involves interpreting your internal stakeholders needs to design solutions such with strong visual impact.
The role involves working within a small marketing team to design, develop and produce creative assets for print and digital marketing channels, as well as creating and maintaining all branded material, collateral and business stationery.
Continuously providing new and innovative design ideas to enhance our brand in the market, whilst staying true to brand guidelines.
Key activities in this role will include: Develop corporate and marketing materials for member acquisition, conversion and retention campaigns; Develop design and layout for print and digital publications, and website; Managing supplier relationships with our external partners for the production of creative materials; Act as the advocate for the brand across the organisation, including managing brand guidelines, brand reviews and brand workshops.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Previous experience working in the financial services industry or an agency Corporate, digital and print design experience Previous experience working in a high volume design team with multiple priorities Extensive experience and working knowledge of Adobe package: Indeisgn, Photoshop and Illustrator Previous experience in corporate design, preferably with campaign management experience Strong attention to detail with an interest in design trends and a creative eye Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time At Avant, our people are the centre of everything we do for our members.
